Ordering & Pickup
For regular bakery items, you can order same-day for pickup. However, for special orders, cakes, and cobblers, we require 24 hours' notice. For large catering orders (over $100), we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Yes! You can call us at (252) 446-7224 during business hours to place your order. We're working on online ordering, but for now, phone orders are the best way to secure your items in advance.
We offer limited delivery for catering orders over $100 within a 10-mile radius of Northgreen Country Club. For smaller orders, we offer convenient pickup at our bakery counter. Delivery fees start at $15 depending on distance and order size.

Yes! We specialize in custom cakes for special occasions. We can work with you on design, flavors, and decorations. Custom cakes require at least 72 hours' notice and a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. Bring us your ideas, and we'll bring them to life!
While we specialize in traditional baked goods, we do offer a limited selection of gluten-free items. Please call ahead to inquire about current gluten-free options. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer vegan baked goods as our recipes rely on traditional ingredients like butter, eggs, and milk.

Our regular bakery hours are:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We're located inside the Northgreen Country Club clubhouse. When you enter the main clubhouse doors, head straight back past the pro shop, and you'll find our bakery counter on your right. Look for the delicious smells!

No! While we're located inside Northgreen Country Club, our bakery is open to the public. You don't need to be a club member to enjoy our fresh baked goods. Just stop by during our business hours - we'd love to see you!
Ingredients & Allergies
Yes, we use various nuts in several of our products including our Pecan Pie Muffins, Banana Nut Muffins, and Carrot Cake. We take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, but please be aware that all of our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts.
If you have a severe nut allergy, we recommend avoiding our bakery items or speaking with our staff about specific ingredients.
We pride ourselves on using high-quality ingredients, and whenever possible, we source locally. Our eggs come from local farms, and we use seasonal fruits from North Carolina growers in our cobblers and muffins. We believe supporting local businesses makes our community stronger and our baked goods better!
No! We believe in keeping it real. All our baked goods are made from scratch using real butter, fresh eggs, and natural flavorings. We don't use artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives in any of our products. That's why everything tastes like grandma used to make!

No! but We have seasonal specials and occasional daily discounts. Follow us on social media or ask about our email newsletter to stay updated on current promotions.
Northgreen Country Club members receive a special discount on all bakery purchases.
General Questions
Since we don't use preservatives, our baked goods are best enjoyed fresh! Here are some general guidelines:
- Muffins & Scones: 2-3 days at room temperature
- Cookies: 1 week in an airtight container
- Cakes: 3-4 days refrigerated
- Brownies: 4-5 days in an airtight container
Most items freeze well for longer storage. Ask us for specific freezing instructions!
Absolutely! Most of our baked goods freeze beautifully. Here are some tips:
- Wrap items tightly in plastic wrap, then place in freezer bags
- Muffins and cookies freeze for up to 3 months
- Cakes freeze well for 1-2 months
- Thaw at room temperature for best results
We actually recommend freezing our muffins and reheating them in the oven for that fresh-baked taste!
We love supporting our community! We regularly donate gift certificates and baked goods to local schools, charities, and community events. Due to the volume of requests, we ask that organizations complete our donation request form available at the bakery.
Please allow at least 2 weeks for consideration of donation requests.
